About Us

The Treasure Coast Masterminds is a business, professional and social networking organization comprised of small business owners, executive leaders and non-profit organizations, all of whom display and promote the highest values of ethics, integrity and professionalism. The business owner or assigned executive must be involved and ensure frequent participation. Our primary purpose is to provide support, counsel, collaboration, ideas, best practices and to refer business to each other and do business with one another in order for each other to grow. We also focus on each other’s business development, trust, and friendship. We must ensure that our businesses thrive. “Don’t just mind your own business, Mastermind your business”!

Our Mantra

Our Mantra is Support, Share and Grow. We support one another; share leads and referrals and ensure that we aid in the growth of each other’s businesses.

Our Purpose

Our mission should always be to, “Do Business with a Local Business, especially a Mastermind’s business”. Our philosophy is that those who give business freely to others will benefit in return and get business as well. We invite prospective members to join if they have a complimentary and non-conflicting business with existing ‘Mastermind’ members. It is incumbent upon each prospective member to provide “value” to the group. It’s important to remember that ‘Givers Gain’.

While we are a "one of" organization, each chapter stands alone.
